§ 7 Sectn.1 of the German Telecommunications Act stipulates that we, as service provider, are responsible for our own contents on these pages in accordance with general law. However, §§ 8 to 10 of the German Telecommunications Act states that, as service provider, we are not obliged to monitor third party information that is transferred or stored, nor are we under any obligation to investigate circumstances indicating criminal activity.
