Our own machine

Two components, one system: LACKFA HD-2 high-pressure equipment and HD-3 high-pressure gun

Depending on the desired output and processing conditions, our LACKFA customers can choose between a medium-pressure or a high-pressure system with a container size of 40l per component for processing PU systems.

The advantages:

  • The storage containers, wheel storage and the format of the HD-2 allow for flexible change of location.
  • The machine only requires a 16 A power connection and is equipped with a phase change switch.
  • Dimensions: 130x75x129 cm
  • With the appropriate high-pressure gun, 2-component PUR rigid foam systems can be applied using the casting and spraying process.
  • Hose lengths from 7.5m to 90m

Easy to use

Quick and separate temperature control of components A and B, easy adjustment of the mixing ratio by changing the sprockets, compression of the PU components to a maximum of 150 bar, with the mixing head closed. Constant readiness to foam as components A and B circulate in the circuit.
