The service process

We support our customers throughout the entire value chain process.
We would be happy to advise you in an initial consultation. We would like to implement your ideas and wishes with our skills and solutions. We develop a corresponding design for you in compliance with the highest quality standards. Comprehensive testing procedures follow until you are satisfied with the final product. Our logistics ensure that everything runs smoothly without interruptions to operations for your company. During implementation, we are available at any time to answer your questions and provide suggestions. Safety and quality are very important to us in the overall process. In order to be able to build a long-term customer relationship, we ensure after-sales support.

development – our laboratory

In our in-house laboratory we develop custom-made systems for you and test raw materials and products. The most important properties of our LAMOLTAN®, LAMOLTEC & PHONKILLER® systems are tested here. LACKFA guarantees its customers 100% quality assurance of the finished systems.

Important criteria for this are:

  • density
  • fire class
  • tensile and compressive strength
  • thermal conductivity
  • closed cell
  • heat resistance

development – our technical centre

In addition to the laboratory, we use our in-house technical center to develop our PU systems.

All relevant physical foam tests, such as thermal conductivity, fire behavior, compressive and tensile strength, dimensional stability under load and heat, etc., are carried out here. The systems can be tested for their possible uses using different high-pressure machines.

We have the opportunity to develop appropriate systems together with our customers including advance prototyping.

Small series of 20 pieces or more can also be manufactured in consultation with the customer in order to be able to select the appropriate system.

Our various production systems are designed for “just-in-time production” and allow for maximum flexibility. Consistently modernized system production, digitalization and the experienced production and logistics team ensure fast, quality-conscious processing of your orders.

We produce batch sizes between 30 kg and 20,000 kg for you.
